Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Shipping to the lower 48 United States via heavy commercial LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. We also include a Free Lift-Gate Service with every delivery to ensure your machine can be safely unloaded at your residence or job site. Additional freight surcharges apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
No. Because we include a free lift-gate service with your freight delivery, the driver will be able to lower your crated mini excavator safely to the ground.
Our warehouse team in Fort Collins, Colorado, works quickly to get your equipment on the road.

Inspect the delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). If you notice minor cosmetic damage, explicitly write it on the driver’s BOL before signing, take photos, and contact us. If the machine has sustained severe structural damage, do not sign the BOL and refuse the delivery, then contact our support team immediately so we can handle the freight claim and send a replacement
Warranty & Returns
Every machine comes with a 3-Year Parts Warranty fulfilled directly out of our Fort Collins warehouse. It covers manufacturing defects in major components, including internal engine parts, main hydraulic pumps, drive/swing motors, and structural weldments. It does not cover labor, standard wear items (tracks, bucket teeth, fluids), or damage resulting from operator abuse.
Yes. Routine maintenance is strictly required. To maintain the validity of your warranty, you must keep and provide a verifiable Service and Maintenance Log (documenting oil changes, greasing pins, filter replacements, etc.) when submitting a claim.
We offer a 30-day return window for completely unopened and unused items securely packed in their original crating. However, we have a strict condition for heavy machinery: Once a machine or attachment has been operated, fueled, or used, it CANNOT be returned.
In the event of an elective return (e.g., ordering the wrong size or buyer’s remorse) on an unoperated machine, the buyer is strictly responsible for all return LTL freight costs back to our Colorado warehouse. Original outbound freight costs and standard restocking fees may also be deducted from your refund.
Payments & Financing
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal (including PayPal Credit).
Yes. Because our mini excavators are heavy, commercial-grade equipment built for business operations, your purchase qualifies for the IRS Section 179 Tax Deduction. This allows businesses to write off up to 100% of the purchase price in the current tax year. We highly recommend consulting your CPA or tax professional to maximize your specific business deductions.
Absolutely. If you are securing a commercial equipment loan, contact our support team. We will generate a formal Itemized Pro Forma Invoice that you can present to your lender to fast-track your funding.
